The Administration Department provides strong management support for all Village Departments and keeps the Mayor and Village Board informed of information. Administration ensures compliance with village personnel and purchasing policies and procedures, maintains official city records, files, and assessments. In addition, the Administration staff are also involved with a wide variety of economic development activities.
This department is comprised of an Administrator, an Assistant Administrator, and multiple Administrative Assistants and a Receptionist. The Administration offices are located at the Village Hall.
The Village Administrator reports to the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees for the proper direction of all affairs of the Village. The Village Administrator is the chief administrative officer for the daily operations of the Village of Beach Park. This Village Administrator's duty is to develop and implement management programs designed to enhance workforce productivity, improve service delivery, and maximize efficiencies, across all functions and departments.
