Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze applications mailed
The 2006 Applications for Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption have been mailed. Note that the household income requirement has changed from $45,000 to $50,000 for 2006. These forms are being sent to all persons currently receiving the Senior Homestead Exemption. The due date this year is July 31, 2006. Please feel free to contact the Chief County Assessment Office or your Township Assessor's office with any questions relative to this exemption.
